Vista Reinsurance is a privately-owned reinsurance brokerage firm founded in 2009 by Joseph King, previously CUO of Aeolus Re in Bermuda and Philip Cawley, President and CEO of Vista Re. Effective January 1, 2024, Tim Cordier was named President with Mr. Cawley retiring but remaining as a consultant for the IHS Group. At the end of 2020, Vista Re was purchased and is now a subsidiary of InSure Homes Services, LLC. Vista Re at that same time changed from a Florida Corporation to a Delaware LLC. Vista Re’s offices are located in St. Augustine, FL, Roswell, GA, Taylors, SC, Darien, CT and Monkton, MD.

We are a full-service intermediary offering reinsurance program design, negotiation and placement, risk management and consulting services to insurance companies and Managing General Agencies (MGA's).
